After testing in was placed into store at MOD Kineton during 1995 and 1996. Finally taken into stock at CE Crewe Electric 8/96. After further storage at Crewe between 2008 and 2014 it was sold to DB Cargo Romania, numbered 91 53 0472005-4 and named 'Emil Cioran' and then leased to Transagent Rail, Croatia.
