Just consigned
Original Brass Steam Locomotive Nameplate ROYAL MAIL. Ex SR Bulleid Merchant Navy Class 4-6-2 No. 35003 (third in class).
A long-time Exmouth Jct loco, followed by Nine Elms, Bournemouth, Weymouth and withdrawn from Nine Elms in July 1967.
Cut up at Cashmore’s, Newport, South Wales 01/68.
Brass Diesel Locomotive Nameplate “ISAMBARD KINGDOM BRUNEL” together with matching Cabside, Crest and Double Arrow as carried by Class 47 47484.
New to 87E Landore as D1662 becoming 47484 12/73.
Originally named at Bristol Temple Meads station on 20/03/65, this brass set was fitted at Old Oak Common on 23/02/85 as part of the GWR 150 events.
he nameplates were removed in 12/98.
Loco has been in store many times since 1992 and was sold for preservation to the Pioneer Diesel Group in 05/11 and remains stored at Wishaw awaiting possible restoration.
A superb set in ex loco condition.

Electric Locomotive Nameplate Carried by Class 91003.
Rectangular cast aluminium in ex loco condition.
New to Bounds Green 04/88 as 91003 becoming 91103 09/01.
Named at Edinburgh Waverley station on 25/02/93 by Magnus Linklater, Editor of The Scotsman to mark the 175th anniversary of the paper.
The nameplates were removed 02/97.
Later named ‘County of Lincolnshire (09/01-02/09).
To store 10/19 at Bounds Green and then Wabtec, Doncaster until sold to C F Booth, Rotherham and moved there by road 03/22 and cut up during 08/22.
RARE - Six only known to be fitted at this Somerset and Dorset Joint terminus station.
Last appeared in auction May 2013.
