Lot 501 Diesel Locomotive Worksplate BUILT BY THE BIRMINGHAM RAILWAY CARRIAGE & WAGON Co LTD SMETHWICK ENGLAND 1961 SERIAL No. DEL 225. As carried by Class 27 D5382 becoming 27034 4/74. New to 14A Cricklewood 4/62 and withdrawn from Eastfield 7/84 due to severe fire damage sustained at Perth on 24/6/84. Stored at Glasgow Works until moved to Swindon Works 9/84 and scrapped there 12/85. Rectangular chromed brass, face cleaned with two extra holes on the date.
