As carried by Class 40 D223, becoming 40023 02/74. New to 5A Crewe North 08/59 and named LANCASTRIA at Derby Works 05/61. Withdrawn from Carlisle Kingmoor 05/81 and moved to Crewe Works 09/81 and cut up there 10/84. Rectangular chromed brass in ex-loco condition.
