Lot 55 C/I Steam Locomotive Smokebox Numberplate "67704" as carried by a Thompson designed ex LNER class L1 2-6-4T built at Darlington Works in February 1948. Allocations included Ipswich, Norwich Thorpe, Ipswich, Yarmouth South Town, Lowestoft and Stratford from where it was withdrawn in November 1960. Cut up at Stratford works 12/60. Comes with original BR paperwork for 7s/ 6d in July 1961. Ex-loco front and back.
