Lot 53 Brass Steam Locomotive Nameplate "ROBERT BURNS" As carried by a Riddles designed BR Standard class 7P 6F 4-6-2 No 70006 built at Crewe works in April 1951. Allocations included Stratford, Norwich Thorpe, March and Carlisle Kingmoor from where it was withdrawn in May 1967. Cut up at McWilliams, Shettleston, Glasgow 10/67. The plate is in ex loco condition front and back and is only the second time in auction.
