Lot 250 GWR Brass Nameplate "PAVILAND GRANGE" As carried by a Collett designed 4-6-0 mixed traffic Locomotive No "6845" built at Swindon in October 1937. Allocations included Westbury, Hereford, Penzance, Plymouth Laira, Oxley and Tyseley from where it was withdrawn in September 1964. Cut up at Cashmores Great Bridge 12/64. Paviland Grange is situated on the Gower Peninsula, West Glamorgan, attached to Neath Abbey. Front and rear ex loco condition, Stamped number (R) on the rear. For right hand plate. See next lot .
