Lot 10 Brass Steam Locomotive Nameplate "MALAY STATES". As carried by a W. Stanier designed ex LMS Class 6P 4-6-0 Number "45615" built at Crewe Works in August 1934. Allocations included Kentish Town, Leicester, Newton Heath and Burton from where it was withdrawn in December 1962. Cut up at Crewe Works 02/63. The fireman's side plate has seven bolt holes and is ex-loco front and back. The front having noticeable service knocks. Recovered by the late vendor at the end of steam and never before offered at auction.
