Lot 322A C/I Steam Locomotive Smokebox Number plate "44866" As carried by a Stanier designed ex LMS Black 5 4-6-0 built at Crewe works in February 1945. Allocations included Rugby, Nuneaton, Holyhead and Trafford Park from where it was withdrawn after being stored at Bolton shed in September 1967. Cut up at Cashmore's, Newport, South Wales. 03/68. Ex Loco condition. Still with its white line surrounding the outer edge of the plate. See next lot.
