Lot 50 Brass Steam Locomotive Nameplate "MAWLEY HALL" As carried by a Collett designed ex GWR 4-6-0 No "5959" built at Swindon Works in January 1936. Allocations included Penzance, Reading, Exeter, Landore, Oxley and Tyseley from where it was withdrawn in September 1962. Cut up at Cashmore's Great Bridge 11/63. MAWLEY HALL is a privately owned 18th Century Country Mansion situated near Cleobury Mortimer, Shropshire. The plate is in fine condition retaining ex-loco paintwork. The backs cleaned otherwise ex-loco condition.
