Lot 218 L & S W R Signal Box Steel "TABLET RELEASE PLUNGER. Marked No. 7". Manufactured by the British pneumatic Railway Signal Company. These were the first power frames from the 1900s. Used mainly by the LSWR and by the GCR. The LSWR later SR were very big in pneumatic signalling. Bearing in mind where this came from its likely to be from a SR box. This is a Rare survivor. Ex-signal box condition.
